Guy Gabriel has been practicing and teaching yoga and meditation for 20+ years in yoga studios, fitness clubs, hospitals, and major corporations (Amgen, Disney, DreamWorks, Paramount, Universal, and 20th Century Fox). He began his yoga journey studying Shaolin Kung Fu and Chi Kung at The Taoist Institute. After several years at the Taoist Institute, Guy gravitated to The Center For Yoga in Los Angeles, CA.
He went on to graduate from both Loyola Marymount University’s Yoga Therapy Rx program and The California College Of Ayurveda. He encourages clients to take the "middle path" and cultivate metta (Loving-Kindness ) towards all of life (Ahimsa ).
Guy loves to incorporate guitar playing in his classes and has played at many National Yoga Conferences (YA, IAYT, NAMA). He is also a frequent contributing writer for LA Yoga Magazine.
