I began my yoga journey in 2008 under Khia Lee in Iyengar Yoga and then Kundalini Yoga with Fatehbir Kaur for several years. Doing my first 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training with Karen Russell, I completed 200+ additonal hours with CorePower Yoga. I’ve gone on to take Ashtanga Workshops with David Swenson, been a student of Annie Carpenters, and received additional training in Restorative Yoga.
Yoga brought me to my true self. Balancing and activating me spirtually, physically, mentally, and emotionally. Whichever stage of life I find myself, whether I have been pregnant, post-partum, fit, nursing an injury, or anything in between- yoga is there for my body, mind, and soul.
I knew once my life began to change drastically for the better because of yoga, that I wanted to share this gift with others. I love that yoga meets people where they are at and is a continual unfolding path inwards.
